How to use smartsleep®
High-quality creatine from purely German production is a central component of smartsleep®.
Glycine is the smallest amino acid (protein building block) in the human body and part of almost all proteins (protein).
Magnesium contributes to a normal energy metabolism and a normal protein synthesis, as well as a normal functioning of the nervous system and the musculature.
Pantothenic acid (vitamin B5) contributes to normal synthesis and normal metabolism of steroid hormones, vitamin D and some neurotransmitters.
Vitamin B1 (thiamine) ensures a normal energy metabolism and a normal heart function. Furthermore, thiamine is involved in the function of the nervous system and contributes to a normal mental function.
vitamin B2, B3 and B6
Vitamin B2 (riboflavin), niacin (vitamin B3) and vitamin B6 are involved in numerous central metabolic processes. Vitamin B6 contributes to the regulation of hormonal activity and normal immune function. Niacin contributes to a normal energy metabolism and ensures a normal functioning of the nervous system. Vitamin B2 protects cells from oxidative stress and contributes to normal iron metabolism.
